 Mar 20, 2006 - More Than $60,000 in Cash Contributed to Student O
St.Martin Group, Inc. and DeltaVoice LLC have contributed $20,000 in cash to 
the 2006 FIRST Robotics team at Shenendehowa High School bringing total 
cash contributions to the student organization since 2004 to $60,000.

St.Martin Group, Inc has stepped up to the plate and sponsored the US FIRST 
robotics team at Shenendehowa High School with a $20,000 cash donation. 
Since 2004, the company has contributed more than $60,000 in cash to the 
organization. In additional to the cash contributions, many St.Martin Group and 
DeltaVoice employees have devoted countless hours of time to serving as 
mentors for the program throughout all three seasons. 

Company executives Brendan Brader and John Reyes are especially involved in 
the program. The two participated in the program years ago when attending 
Shenendehowa High School before graduating in the class of 1999 and 
founding St.Martin Group. For that reason, they both have a special connection to 
the program and deeply understand the immense benefits that students can 
realize from participation.

We are pleased to highlight several new DeltaVoice features and
enhancements that have been in the works for a while and
were rolled out recently. All were implemented as a direct
result of suggestions in customer feedback.

1) Added functionality to allow you to set up a “Do Not
Disturb” schedule which prevents calls during certain hours

2) Completely redesigned online account control panel

3) Separated the incoming and outgoing call logs for better
customer call record management

4) Made numerous website updates to better highlight plans
and options available

5) Enhanced communication

6) Introduced “printer friendly” call logs

We really feel that with these constant feature additions,
we’re really advancing the way that people use their phone

been named to the 2005 Tech Valley Hot 10 List, which names
the 10 most influential technology leaders in New York’s
Tech Valley.

At 24, Brendan Brader, St.Martin Group
 Co-Founder and CEO, is the youngest of the influential 
leaders highlighted in the prestigious list this year.

 Dec 22, 2005 - St.Martin Group & DeltaVoice Spread Holiday Cheer
St.Martin Group and DeltaVoice is committed to enhancing the
communities which we do business in.  Company executives
recently met with officials from St. Coleman’s in
Watervliet, NY and discovered that many of the children in
the center were in need of holiday gifts.  

St.Martin Group and DeltaVoice then purchased a myriad of the
much-needed holiday gifts for the children in the center
including Portable CD Players, DVD Players, Razor Scooters,
and other similar items from the “Wish Lists” that the kids
made.

Throughout 2005, St.Martin Group and DeltaVoice have supported many

contributions to Hurricane Katrina relief efforts earlier in

 Sep  6, 2005 - DeltaVoice Contributing to Katrina Relief
DeltaVoice will be contributing 5% of revenue generated from
today through Monday, September 12th at 11:59PM to the
Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund of the American Red Cross.
 
We encourage all customers to visit www.redcross.org and
make a contribution to the relief fund to assist the
enormous number of individuals impacted.
 
By doing our part, we can all help make sure that the
individuals receive much needed assistance.

 Jul 25, 2005 - DeltaVoice Enters BETA Phase III
DeltaVoice is pleased to announce that the service is now in BETA Phase III.  During 
Phase II, we’ve listened to feedback and made the following changes:

1)  Added the ability to change your voicemail password online

2)  Added fully functional Caller ID with Name

3)  Added the ability to check your total minute usage online

4)  Lowered international rates

5)  Added the ability to change the number of times your phone rings before 
calls are sent to voicemail

6)  Added a web-based order status and tracking system which allows you to 
see when your order was processed, receive your new telephone number and 
track equipment shipping all online.

We look forward to hearing about and implementing more of your suggestions 
as we proceed through the end of the BETA.

 Jun 23, 2005 - DeltaVoice Enters BETA Phase II
As DeltaVoice enters beta release 2, we would like to thank all of you who ordered 
service and provided us with valuable feedback thus far.  During the beta 1, we 
made numerous changes to the service based on that feedback:

1)  We launched the DeltaVoice affiliate program at http://affiliates.DeltaVoice.com 
offering $50 for every qualifying customer that you send to DeltaVoice.

2)  We eliminated all upfront activation and equipment fees.  Our standard 
phone service adapter is now available with no upfront cost.

3)  We tripled the minutes offered with our VTB_500 plan to create the VTB_1500 
plan.

4)  We modified the policy surrounding DeltaVoice provided equipment to include 
free equipment replacement protection which will allow you to swap out 
damaged equipment at no cost if it is damaged while in your possession.

5)  We clarified that DeltaVoice has no cancellation fees of any kind as long as 
DeltaVoice-provided equipment is returned within 30 days of cancellation.

We look forward to providing for all of your phone service needs for years to

metro markets in 50 states throughout the United States.
