DeltaVoice phone features - priority support
The following service is available with all DeltaVoice service plans
for an additional charge of $1.95/mo. DeltaVoice is re-writing the
rules for phone service flexibility and ease of use.
DeltaVoice priority support is a $1.95/month upgrade
that provides you with direct access to the DeltaVoice customer service
team via both the phone and the web without having to wait in any
call or ticket queues along the way.
To Configure & Use Priority Support:
1. Select the 'Priority Support' button on your control panel,
and add the service to your account.
2. To use Priority ticket support, submit your priority support
ticket via your control panel.
